This was our first time renting from… This was our first time renting from Treasure Realty and we were really impressed with their clear communication and how easy they were to rent from! The condo we rented was just as described, very clean, and the entire facility (Shipwatch Villas) so nice. If we venture to N. Topsail again, we'd most definitely go thru Treasure Realty next time!

BEWARE of this company BEWARE! There is a hurricane right now and the island has a mandated evacuation! We purchased the travel insurance and they still won’t reimburse. In the emails they have sent they expect us to sit on a will call basis and wait to see when they the evacuation is lifted, see if the house is intact! They will only let us file the claim if it is 4 or more days into the vacation. That means that we have to wait to drive 12 hrs to get there and then only have 3 days there and drive 13 hrs home! Terrible company and horrible customer service! DO NOT USE THEM!

Auto cancellation policy by Treasure Realty We have been renting with Treasure Realty for 14 years and this is the first time our rental got canceled. Apparently our deposit didn’t reach the office on time, but in 14 years we haven’t backed out of our agreement. We were able to re-apply for the same rental unit but had to wait the two days until we were able to reach them to be sure the unit was still available. A phone call would have been appreciated rather then to just cancel. Our travel plans had all been arranged.

I enjoy working with Treasure reality I enjoy working with Treasure reality. Very honest, reliable, very informative company. I have booked all my beach stay vacations through them and never had any issues. Wether I had any questions or needing just to talk to any one there, they have always been friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. I plan on doing business with them again in the future.

Treasure Realty made our Spring Break… Treasure Realty made our Spring Break vacation a seamless experience. We've been to Topsail many times over the years, and this rental was our best yet. Everything was exactly as described and pictured online, and the Treasure team was great to work with, as always -- very friendly and responsive to our both pre-travel questions and on-site needs. We'll be back!
