The info available is great on this site and the options to customize make booking so much better than what's available on Airbnb. The auto dynamic pricing alone is worth it, not to mention ability to set orphan nights and fill in empty weekdays without having to shorten 3 night minimum. The email response is fast and through to all questions!

Outstanding Tools Tried this pricing tool because i need help with pricing strategy managing my Airbnb. The result was outstanding, from the first day using the trial I instantly got more bookings. I don't think it's very reliable My experience with price labs so far has been as such: 1. Integration with Smoobu - Smoobu blames Pricelabs, which blames Smoobu bottom line - I have to disable VRBO 2. Slow. The system is hilariously slow 3. Geolocation - My properties are in Thailand yet are geolocated to Germany when comparing hotel prices. I opened a ticket and talked to support – Yeah, we will send this to the Data Science department. Well, I’m still waiting for a response, and hotels are still in Germany, 4. Prices unreliable – 1 bedroom apartment X3 more expansive than a two-bedroom apartment in the same condo
