GBExcellent customer support I have been working with Daniel Zammata on my pricing strategy for the past month. he has been very helpful in guiding me through the tool, helping me setup my new properties, but also giving tips to increase my ranking on OTA's. He responds to emails very quickly, and always makes himself available to answer my questions via call. While I am still getting used to this tool, and cannot really rate the tool yet, I can speak highly of Daniel.

GBGood tool for setting your pricing Good tool for setting your pricing. Unfortunately not all features are available depending on who you use for a PMS. For example, you cannot set discounts for varying lengths of stay which would be quite useful.

AUDynamic Pricing is Game Changer on ROI Prior to using PriceLabs it was time consuming checking out competitors and rates of similar properties in the area through different OTAs. Creating Christmas, school holiday, long weekend, peak and standard rates or special events. Now with PriceLabs artificial intelligence and their algorithms it dynamically works out the price per night and varies accordingly. Don't have to think it works out the rate for me and even suggests a base rate. Increases and drops rates as required. In past I may have only charged $400 for a weekend but in peak season PriceLabs is charging $1,000 and guests are willing to pay. Amazing. One of the best 3rd party add-ons to my property management software.

GBPricelabs (and KeyNest) are my two… Pricelabs (and KeyNest) are my two favourite tools for my two apartments in Fuerteventura, Canary Islands. Pricelabs is particularly useful because i've got it configured in such a way that I can avoid gaps, and lower my prices as the date gets closer, which makes my occupancy much better

ITNo accuracy, will make you lose money The service lacks accuracy in the pricing suggested. The support ignores any feedback and bug reports. It seems that they know that the service sucks, but they don't care, they use marketing to find customers willing to pay this huge price without realizing that the price predictor uses some basic low-level algorithm. It has more probability to make you lose money than gain some.
