Excellent customer support I have been working with Daniel Zammata on my pricing strategy for the past month. he has been very helpful in guiding me through the tool, helping me setup my new properties, but also giving tips to increase my ranking on OTA's. He responds to emails very quickly, and always makes himself available to answer my questions via call. While I am still getting used to this tool, and cannot really rate the tool yet, I can speak highly of Daniel.

The info available is great on this site and the options to customize make booking so much better than what's available on Airbnb. The auto dynamic pricing alone is worth it, not to mention ability to set orphan nights and fill in empty weekdays without having to shorten 3 night minimum. The email response is fast and through to all questions!

Easy to setup, Easily pays for itself I'm a vacation rental owner with properties on both VRBO and Airbnb. PriceLabs dynamic pricing was easy to setup with great how-to videos and excellent, responsive customer support. I was able to get everything set up in a day or two. I moved to priceLabs after trying for two weeks to get one of their competitors to work.
