The info available is great on this site and the options to customize make booking so much better than what's available on Airbnb. The auto dynamic pricing alone is worth it, not to mention ability to set orphan nights and fill in empty weekdays without having to shorten 3 night minimum. We have tried other tools, but PriceLabs is the most realistic and accurate tool out there, even for markets outside of the US (something other tools are not fine-tuned enough for). The tool also offers the flexibility to handle more specialized items if needed. PriceLabs is one of the most fundamental investments for running a STR, and it has helped us secure the top spot in our market.

Dynamic Pricing is Game Changer on ROI Prior to using PriceLabs it was time consuming checking out competitors and rates of similar properties in the area through different OTAs. Creating Christmas, school holiday, long weekend, peak and standard rates or special events. Now with PriceLabs artificial intelligence and their algorithms it dynamically works out the price per night and varies accordingly. Don't have to think it works out the rate for me and even suggests a base rate. Increases and drops rates as required. In past I may have only charged $400 for a weekend but in peak season PriceLabs is charging $1,000 and guests are willing to pay. Amazing. One of the best 3rd party add-ons to my property management software.
