Good experience! I called agency but had to request call back instead of holding on the phone. Was very pleased to receive call back in about 10 min . Andrew Matos was very helpful, made the whole process of confirming dates very easy and pleasant. He went over all rules and details of the stay. Email confirmation was received about 5 min after the phone call ended. Overall nice experience.

Birthday Vacay Booked! No complaints! I was able to book a vacation deal with Kinson, and Jacob confirmed the reservation for me with BluGreen! Kinson and Jacob were both friendly and professional; and Kinson was quite patient with me as I called him three times before I booked. LOL

Very helpful This is a very important trip for me and my spouse. Its my birthday and the resort and dates I had picked was sold out. She went and found this beautiful resort and upgraded my package.

She was excellent One thing I hate is a boring conversation! When I tell you I felt like me an the lady knew each other for years and we laughed an joked!! That’s how it should be. I appreciate her so much and we need more people like that in this world if I needed to pay for something else I would’ve just to stay on the phone with her I forgot her name but I will be calling in to get it

Working with VacationVIP… Jacob Cardinale of the VacationVIP Concierge Team was great to work with. Had a little hick-up through the process, but was handled nicely by them. Nobody was at fault, fixed it and now off to vacation. I'd recommend working with him and their team, have always treated me well.
