I appreciate her so much and we need more people like that in this world if I needed to pay for something else I would’ve just to stay on the phone with her I forgot her name but I will be calling in to get it

Excellent customer service and outstanding communication skills The customer service representative answered all my questions, was very patient, and told me what each step would be in advance. Everything he told me was exactly as he said it. No hidden fees. He accommodated me with my travel dates, and was very personable understanding this was the first vacation for my little family. Thank you Sheldon!!!! We can't wait for our stay!!!

Working with VacationVIP… Jacob Cardinale of the VacationVIP Concierge Team was great to work with. Had a little hick-up through the process, but was handled nicely by them. Nobody was at fault, fixed it and now off to vacation. I'd recommend working with him and their team, have always treated me well.

Worst experience with them Worst experience with them. They post adervisting on Facebook it's expoloria resort package. After We got there, the package changed. They let us live in comfort inn. The hotel is nasty. Bad smell Even The hanger corrosion. Its horrible. They selling your order to another company. I calledvacation vip, They said we are sponsor for another company. You're not booking from us. Definitely Unhonest company

Birthday Vacay Booked! No complaints! I was able to book a vacation deal with Kinson, and Jacob confirmed the reservation for me with BluGreen! Kinson and Jacob were both friendly and professional; and Kinson was quite patient with me as I called him three times before I booked. LOL
