I can only say that Sabrina Taylor was… I can only say that Sabrina Taylor was very helpful and securing my vacation booking. I cannot speak on the vacation itself because I have not been there yet. Anything close to the good service I got from Sabrina and I'm sure my vacation will be a success.

Working with VacationVIP… Jacob Cardinale of the VacationVIP Concierge Team was great to work with. Had a little hick-up through the process, but was handled nicely by them. Nobody was at fault, fixed it and now off to vacation. I'd recommend working with him and their team, have always treated me well.

Angie was amazing Angie was amazing! Her customer service is outstanding! I called to make vacay arrangements during my own work day and she was so understanding when I had to put her on hold 3x! She made me feel as if I were their in person in her office and she really cared about our needs and wants for our family vacation. We were indecisive about which resort to stay at, we changed our minds 3 separate times, Angie didn't even sigh, she was very kind, patience, and always had a cheerful attitude making sure we were satisfied 100%.

Very helpful This is a very important trip for me and my spouse. Its my birthday and the resort and dates I had picked was sold out. She went and found this beautiful resort and upgraded my package.
