She was excellent One thing I hate is a boring conversation! When I tell you I felt like me an the lady knew each other for years and we laughed an joked!! That’s how it should be. I appreciate her so much and we need more people like that in this world if I needed to pay for something else I would’ve just to stay on the phone with her I forgot her name but I will be calling in to get it

Angie was amazing Angie was amazing! Her customer service is outstanding! I called to make vacay arrangements during my own work day and she was so understanding when I had to put her on hold 3x! She made me feel as if I were their in person in her office and she really cared about our needs and wants for our family vacation. We were indecisive about which resort to stay at, we changed our minds 3 separate times, Angie didn't even sigh, she was very kind, patience, and always had a cheerful attitude making sure we were satisfied 100%.

BEWARE!!! Negative stars would be more accurate. Do not use this company. They are only after your money. They've called me continuously during my vacation with m children with threats and demands. Do not trust them and do not use them. They will reel you in with a "deal" and end up ruining your vacation. Lol them up on docial media like FB and YouTube to see other people's review of these people. PS: Their genetic reply below is, to be blunt, lies. I've all the call records and email communications. Furthermore, this company's lack of accountability and lies will be reported to the BBB. Companies like this one should not be allowed to continue to scam and harass people.

Kinson was extremely knowledgeable Kinson was extremely knowledgeable, well spoken, professional, and customer oriented. He was able to secure our vacation in a timely manner and provided beyond exceptional customer service. Side note...we have never ever agreed to a timeshare presentation... Very helpful This is a very important trip for me and my spouse. Its my birthday and the resort and dates I had picked was sold out. She went and found this beautiful resort and upgraded my package.
