GBI received the bike damaged so haven’t… I received the bike damaged so haven’t rode it much but do love this beast so far. Vincent has worked with me to get the parts delivered and replaced so I can take it into the back country and really give it a go. He (Vincent) made my experience with Bikonit a breeze, awsum costumer service, some times had to wait for a reply from him but we all deserve time off from our job, be patient and he does reply within a days time.

GBBikonit has an amazing service… Bikonit has an amazing service department! I had an issue with my bike and they communicated with me everyday until the issue was fixed. You don’t have to worry about this company.

GBMy pedal crank came off My pedal crank came off. I had to take it to another bike shop to located because Bikonit didn't replace. They told me to add thread lock. The pedal crank was stripped out and wasn't going to work. Then the axle bolt came off while I was riding. They had to order the part from China it took 1.5 weeks to come in. Now the controller or batteries are not working. In the 1.5 months I've owned the bike I've only been able to ride 2 weeks. The bike has been at the dealer for 2 weeks. I'm still waiting to see if and when I'll be able to use it. I really had high hopes. Once it's fixed anyone want to buy a wathoghd 750, with bag, extra battery, and rear rack?
