Fantastic bike Fantastic bike. Rode it in new snow, excellent. I get lots of thumbs up as I ride by. Even in super hilly Western Washington it gets me where I want to go. Probably have close to 2000 miles. Goofy random resets of the mile counter are why the info is approximate. I get what looks like 100 miles per charge with 2 batteries. My only complaint is the battery recall. They promised $100 credit so I purchased fenders and a back rack. Never received.

Bikonit has an amazing service… Bikonit has an amazing service department! I had an issue with my bike and they communicated with me everyday until the issue was fixed. You don’t have to worry about this company.

Going BIKONIT From my initial call I was handed over to Mark. Mark listens good and explains well. If you have questions, Mark will answer them all. If you need to leave a message, he responds back to you quickly. After you get the bike, Mark is there to make sure you have no problems. This is the kind of service most people like so thanks Mark. I certainly have zero complaints… I certainly have zero complaints regarding my BIKONIT 759MD and have found support exemplary overall. The only issue is the Manual which needs to be corrected.
