Then I reclaimed to the customer service and they promised to send me a product that may maintain the problem but it was big lie. They don't even respond to my claims . Clever scam - Not the real Aovo scooter company, its a poor very imitation, made with cheap parts which are designed to break quickly through normal use so that they can continue to make money from you. Warrenty terms are different to those advertised and even if they will cover the cost of a part they expect you to pay a grossly exaggerated shipping cost of £40 per part. They do not except returns, do not offer refunds and do anything they can to avoid helping. Left with a broken scooter and a heart broken child..... AVOID!!!

Malfunction product. Zero Response. Scammers. Bought Scooter X9 Plus. Received product with obvious malfunction. Front and rear brake discs are uncentered and impossible to get into the shape of normal tyre rotation without abrasion and loud squealing. Sent an email to their support, with no answer whatsoever. SCAM. AVOID.

Fraud???? The company never send me receipt of my payment, track number and expected delivery day. It had completely ignored my request for cancelation of my order and refund,it has been 20 days!!!Make your own conclusion about the validity of this... so called company
