Clever scam!! Clever scam - Not the real Aovo scooter company, its a poor very imitation, made with cheap parts which are designed to break quickly through normal use so that they can continue to make money from you. Warrenty terms are different to those advertised and even if they will cover the cost of a part they expect you to pay a grossly exaggerated shipping cost of £40 per part. They do not except returns, do not offer refunds and do anything they can to avoid helping. Left with a broken scooter and a heart broken child..... AVOID!!!

SCAMMERS. SCAMMERS. I am still waiting since August for my ebike, I have asked for a refund but they do not contact you back, they are cyber thieves, I lost a total of £954 using this company and PayPal have been no help at all, in fact it is PayPal that are making matters worse. Stay away from Avostore total SCAMMERS.

Bought this M365 scooter for Christmas… Bought this M365 scooter for Christmas and have a major issue with the folding mechanism clip which snapped whilst I was riding the scooter causing me to have a fall off. The pins connecting the handle to the scooter had worked loose. I have tried to contact the after sales as advised on Web site but have had no response to several emails and messenger chat won't connect....totally rubbish aftersales service!!!
