I bought an scooter that worked fine for months, but I once had an issue with a broken controller, then with the folding system and I got both pieces sent in no time without even paying a cent. They were also very nice and attentive.

Not real AOVO/ Tracking unavailable I didnt know this was not the real aovo, it took forever to ship and would not even let me know the status of the package until it was at my door.
