This is the second purchase of a… This is the second purchase of a fagotti hot water heater in less then a year. The 1st was for our travel trailer and purchased the 2nd for our fifth wheel. When I called for information on the model for our fifth wheel, I asked about the new model which is a 100.00 more after talking to the representative on the phone I was more then comfortable purchasing the same model 55,000 for our fifthwheel. We had no trouble installing even with an on command system in our 2019 keystone alpine 3800fk. We did not include it in the incommand system we hooked into the 12v through a light. Works great don't know how I ever lived for 4 weeks without it. Thank you again for all your help and a great product.

Do not buy fogatti I ordered a rv water heater in October. After install it doesn’t work. After hours on the phone they sent a new motherboard. Same issue exists. More hours on the phone. I ended up uninstalling and shipping back the unit for a full replacement. After installing that unit has a different problem and will not fire up. I’ve been dealing with this for 4 months. They have shipped parts and nothing works. If I don’t call them daily nothing gets done. Even after calling daily nothing is getting done. It’s been over 4 months. I’m going to warn everyone about this company. Do not buy this product.

Not a Good Introduction to Fogatti I'm not sure how the product works yet, as the wrong one was sent first. I asked for expidited shipping on the replacement, so I would have time to install it before our Memorial Day weekend trip. The replacement is supposed to be delivered today(the day before we leave), which was longer than the original took. Hopefully I can edit my rating after I install the unit next week(after our trip).

We ordered a 55,000 BTU tankless water… We ordered a 55,000 BTU tankless water heater that we received within 5 days, it was very quick getting here, the installation was about a 4 hour job, very easy and straightforward. I can’t figure out why I didn’t do this sooner. We love taking a shower without having to shut the water off constantly, it takes just seconds to get hot water at the tap. Before I ordered I had sent them a message asking questions and they called me back right away and they answered all my questions. All and all this was a very good experience.

Great Service Team It took me a while to get my hot water heater up and running. I had a problem with it so I got in touch with the customer service team and I’ll tell y’all they were great. Living in my camper for five years I am now enjoying my shower time for the first time. Thank you service team.
