Very disappointing service from Sun & Ski Sports I ordered HOKA Mach 5, the price is Ok But can you imagine that they sent left shoe 8.5D(EU Size 42) and right shoe 8.5B(EU Size 40 2/3). I believe that one is men size 8.5 and another is women size 8.5. The phone is difficult to connect and I tried to sent Email and Live message, but still not got answer.Returns policy is very complicated and cost high.Never buy from this shop.

Impeccable Bike team Service! We had to go back twice within a week for bike returns for our 10-year old, who apparently was at the cusp of a 24” and adult (XS) 27.5” bike. While we’d expected the bike team to be annoyed with seeing us a 3rd time in a week, they were fully understanding AND even suggested we let our little one ride the 3rd (and final bike) outside for a while to assure this was “the one”. We are forever customers!

I've seen better customer service grow out of the side of a barn--LONG wait times & answers that sound like its a bot (unhelpful, non-human, nonsensical). We are a family of avid outdoorsy people, and Sun & Ski just LOST CUSTOMERS FOR GOOD. I've been dealing with Evo and Tactics... BOTH of which will give you the experience you want when buying gear online. Don't waste your time and money with this joke.
