Impeccable Bike team Service! We had to go back twice within a week for bike returns for our 10-year old, who apparently was at the cusp of a 24” and adult (XS) 27.5” bike. While we’d expected the bike team to be annoyed with seeing us a 3rd time in a week, they were fully understanding AND even suggested we let our little one ride the 3rd (and final bike) outside for a while to assure this was “the one”. We are forever customers!

$20 extra for two day shipping… NO SHIP I paid ~$20 extra for two day shipping on a Tuesday as I NEEDED the shoes by the weekend. Order confirmation and FedEx tracking came quickly. No problem!?? But then nothing more from FedEx. Shoes had not been shipped! Full refund and fully inconvenienced. Amazon came to the rescue, again. I guess smaller business can't compete in internet sales. 🤷

Just a great experience!! The ease of using the website and finding what I was looking for. The extra 10% off for signing up for emails and the free shipping made this a great experience. Customer service was excellent and supportive while FedEx had an issue with my delivery. After I contacted customer service FedEx seemed to get in gear and they delivered my package the next day. I am very happy!
