This guy needs to be cloned and distributed to every retail establishment throughout the world. He's extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, and has been in the business for a long time. His outstanding professionalism has definitely rubbed off on his staff. I didn't mine driving 50 minutes away from home and passing numerous speciality bike shops in order to make my purchases with Jake. Sun & Ski sell both of the brands that I'm most interested in (Cannonade & Cervelo). This means that as long as I'm in anything bike related, I will be traveling there to make my purchases.
