Affordable (but Chemical-y) Apparel It took a significant amount of time for the shipment to arrive. Once it arrived, my sweater smelled strongly of chemicals and had an extremely rough texture compared to the one I felt in-store. After a wash, it does feel/smell better, but the apparel just doesn't feel as soft/comfortable as the in-store option. That said, it cost half as much here - you get what you pay for!

I paid $30 to return bindings THEY gave… I paid $30 to return bindings THEY gave me incorrect details on; REFUSED me a free return shipping label AND didn't refund me the full amount. I've seen better customer service grow out of the side of a barn--LONG wait times & answers that sound like its a bot (unhelpful, non-human, nonsensical). We are a family of avid outdoorsy people, and Sun & Ski just LOST CUSTOMERS FOR GOOD. I've been dealing with Evo and Tactics... BOTH of which will give you the experience you want when buying gear online. Don't waste your time and money with this joke.
