GBI paid $30 to return bindings THEY gave… I paid $30 to return bindings THEY gave me incorrect details on; REFUSED me a free return shipping label AND didn't refund me the full amount. I've seen better customer service grow out of the side of a barn--LONG wait times & answers that sound like its a bot (unhelpful, non-human, nonsensical). We are a family of avid outdoorsy people, and Sun & Ski just LOST CUSTOMERS FOR GOOD. I've been dealing with Evo and Tactics... BOTH of which will give you the experience you want when buying gear online. Don't waste your time and money with this joke.

GBVery disappointing service from Sun & Ski Sports I ordered HOKA Mach 5, the price is Ok But can you imagine that they sent left shoe 8.5D(EU Size 42) and right shoe 8.5B(EU Size 40 2/3). I believe that one is men size 8.5 and another is women size 8.5. The phone is difficult to connect and I tried to sent Email and Live message, but still not got answer.Returns policy is very complicated and cost high.Never buy from this shop.

GBGreat shopping experience They had great response and the bike I needed with great finance options that will allow me to avoid interest. After receiving my bike shipped from their TN store they inadvertently forgot to include the SRAM AXS battery charger. Upon me contacting them they apologized and assured me it would be shipped to me. Hopefully it will arrive soon. Overall, decent experience.

GB$20 extra for two day shipping… NO SHIP I paid ~$20 extra for two day shipping on a Tuesday as I NEEDED the shoes by the weekend. Order confirmation and FedEx tracking came quickly. No problem!?? But then nothing more from FedEx. Shoes had not been shipped! Full refund and fully inconvenienced. Amazon came to the rescue, again. I guess smaller business can't compete in internet sales. 🤷
