GB$20 extra for two day shipping… NO SHIP I paid ~$20 extra for two day shipping on a Tuesday as I NEEDED the shoes by the weekend. Order confirmation and FedEx tracking came quickly. No problem!?? But then nothing more from FedEx. Shoes had not been shipped! Full refund and fully inconvenienced. Amazon came to the rescue, again. I guess smaller business can't compete in internet sales. 🤷

GBcolor in the picture was incorrect The color in the picture was incorrect, I almost didn't purchase the item because of the image being a distorted color. I took a chance anyway and purchased it since it's free returns and the item was exactly how I assumed it would look. The color was correct, just bad picture lighting

GBJust a great experience!! The ease of using the website and finding what I was looking for. The extra 10% off for signing up for emails and the free shipping made this a great experience. Customer service was excellent and supportive while FedEx had an issue with my delivery. After I contacted customer service FedEx seemed to get in gear and they delivered my package the next day. I am very happy!

GBVery disappointing service from Sun & Ski Sports I ordered HOKA Mach 5, the price is Ok But can you imagine that they sent left shoe 8.5D(EU Size 42) and right shoe 8.5B(EU Size 40 2/3). I believe that one is men size 8.5 and another is women size 8.5. The phone is difficult to connect and I tried to sent Email and Live message, but still not got answer.Returns policy is very complicated and cost high.Never buy from this shop.
