GBTHE SALE THAT WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE I first placed an order 11/28/23 for a barbell. Great deal or at least it seemed like it. A 250$ barbell for 89$ shipping included. In between 11/28 to 12/14 I was unable to receive any type of response with regards to the order no update, no shipping information, no tracking number, not even a courtesy email responding. I tried to email them SEVEN separate times without any response back. THEY DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. I finally got a generic response that did not correspond to my order at all, apologizing for not mailing out the order and that it would be shipped within two weeks. I sent, yet another, 4 emails and got a response with a “back up in the inventory”. Fast forward to January 2, 2023 I received a subsequent email informing me they would be refunding me my money back. All that waiting, asking and pleading for them to just CANCEL it after promising otherwise. The worst online purchase experience. They are less than mediocre when it comes to professionalism, communication and accountability. I WILL NEVER ORDER FEOM THEM AGAIN.

GBTribe-Wod I’ve ordered from Tribe-Wod on two separate occasions. The first time I ordered a set of weighted plates and the second was a backpack. While yes, they do take a little longer than normal for items to ship, they provided me good customer service when I reached out to them to correct any problems I was facing. This company gets poor reviews for being “scams” but that’s not the case. We’re used to having products delivered within days of ordering and are quick to write off smaller companies as “frauds” but give them a chance and be patient their products are as described and great quality.

GBWorst customer service experience ever. Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered 2x45lb 2x25lb 2x10lb rubber weights. I received both 45s but only 1x25lb and 1x10lb… no biggie. I enquire about when the next 2 will ship out, and I get radio silence for much longer than I should have. After about 2 weeks of no contact, they refund me the 2 plates and tell me to order again to complete my order. I tell them the customer service experience has been terrible, and I would just like to return for a refund all plates. They do not respond for another 2 weeks. I had to initiate a charge back because of this tomfoolery. They get back to me after 2 weeks and give me a single USPS label. Great. I take it USPS to return it, unload the plates and package them on my own dime… USPS doesn’t take packages over 70lbs and I need separate labels… are you kidding me? I ask for more labels. Weekend passes and I get them. Go back to USPS and these clowns have me a FEDEX label… so now I have 1 USPS label and 1 FedEx label. Absolutely insane. Terrible company, with a shipping and customer service department ran by what I can only assume to be wild chimpanzees.

GBMore and more bad More and more bad. It's now been over 3 months since my order. Tribe-wod's last response was a month ago promising me I'd have my delivery by today (10/22) at the latest. Worse still, they continue to advertise and push sales via email and social media for the exact product I ordered. They respond to reviews like this with empty apologies -- it's been a quarter of a year.

GBI placed prder December 5th I placed prder December 5th. THEIR WEBSITE GUARANTEED I would have my 25# thor kettlebell by Christmas. Every month it is a new excuse. Every month conflicts with the prior excuse given. Now they are suggesting they haven't even filled November's orders. Which were claimed to have be filled months ago! So now I caught them red handed in a bold face lie!
