Every month conflicts with the prior excuse given. Now they are suggesting they haven't even filled November's orders. Which were claimed to have be filled months ago! So now I caught them red handed in a bold face lie!

Worse still, they continue to advertise and push sales via email and social media for the exact product I ordered. They respond to reviews like this with empty apologies -- it's been a quarter of a year.
