Tribe-Wod I’ve ordered from Tribe-Wod on two separate occasions. The first time I ordered a set of weighted plates and the second was a backpack. While yes, they do take a little longer than normal for items to ship, they provided me good customer service when I reached out to them to correct any problems I was facing. This company gets poor reviews for being “scams” but that’s not the case. We’re used to having products delivered within days of ordering and are quick to write off smaller companies as “frauds” but give them a chance and be patient their products are as described and great quality.

Excellent training equipment with great design At first I wasn't sure because I preferred to buy at the more established sport brands but the extraordinary design of the Thor Kettlebell convinced me to give it a try. The shipping process went smoothly and the products arrived on time. I am happy with the quality of the products and they really motivate me for my daily trainings. I even ordered another one as a gift for my friend.

Worst customer service experience ever. Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered 2x45lb 2x25lb 2x10lb rubber weights. I received both 45s but only 1x25lb and 1x10lb… no biggie. I enquire about when the next 2 will ship out, and I get radio silence for much longer than I should have. After about 2 weeks of no contact, they refund me the 2 plates and tell me to order again to complete my order. I tell them the customer service experience has been terrible, and I would just like to return for a refund all plates. They do not respond for another 2 weeks. I had to initiate a charge back because of this tomfoolery. They get back to me after 2 weeks and give me a single USPS label. Great. I take it USPS to return it, unload the plates and package them on my own dime… USPS doesn’t take packages over 70lbs and I need separate labels… are you kidding me? I ask for more labels. Weekend passes and I get them. Go back to USPS and these clowns have me a FEDEX label… so now I have 1 USPS label and 1 FedEx label. Absolutely insane. Terrible company, with a shipping and customer service department ran by what I can only assume to be wild chimpanzees.

Unique training product I wanted special training equipment that not only fulfills its purpose but also looks amazing. I ordered the thor hammer 45lb and I'm very happy with it. Great product, strong recommendation to everyone who needs a special motivation every day.

Deceptive if not out right false advertising Saw the ad on Facebook. Went to website. Picture on description of the “Thor kettlebell” said 25% off when you order it plus a weighted vest and discount would process at checkout. Never got the discount. Opened customer support ticket. They said it was old promotion and not available anymore even though still on the website. Also said the “Thor kettle bell” was in stock but with “limited quantities” which also appears to be false. Vest shipped kettlebell evidently is 3-4 weeks back ordered. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!
