No customer service No customer service, paid in full and they cant even send it to ups for shipping. Im callong and emailing every adress I can find and its either no answer or the number doesn't even exist.

Great Product you will not be disappointed Ive used the weights twice since delivery. They are really great, very impressed. I do not regret a thing. Switch weight amount is super easy and smooth. The weights feel like a dumbbells should with almost no rattle.

NOT LEGIT!! NOT LEGIT!!! Stay away! Their advertised prices seemed too good to be true and I couldn’t get any response from them (phone, chat or e-mail re. estimated shipping time). So I contacted Nuobell (Nuoathletics Sweden) who confirmed that AXREP (Nuobell.ca) is not a legitimate reseller and told me they are working on shutting them down. If you want authentic Nuobell products and don’t want to get ripped off, go to the manufacturers website to find an authorized reseller. Nuoathletics.com

Ordered from Axrep Ordered from Axrep. Shipping claimed 1-4 days delivery. Should have been delivered two days ago. No shipping tracking at all. Shipping was very expensive due to weight, but no customer service to speak of. Got ahold of customer service who was unable to give any update on shipping. At this point I may as well have shredded $1300 and it looks like I will probably have to submit a chargeback.
