CACharged but order not shipped- poor communication My experience is similar to other recent posts- placed an order on June 3 as they were showing as in stock. They processed payment on June 4 and updated the status to shipped, however I then received an email saying the item was on back order. After multiple emails and calls I have managed to get 2 updates- the last one 2 weeks ago saying they would ship by the end of last week. Very unresponsive, poor communication, shouldn’t have been charged for an item if they had no stock and no ability to ship. “Live chat” is not live- waited days for an (unhelpful) response. I’ve now asked to cancel the order but no response. My impression their supply issue may be related to the BC port workers strike- I would have been happy wait if they hadn’t processed payment and if they communicated more effectively. Now I just want my money back.

GBNo response and no order shipped or filled There has been no confirmation of shipment, no one answers the phone and the online chat that shows it is "live" never responded to my query about when to expect shipment. Suggest folks intervene early with their credit card company to file a dispute. If you allow this company's delaying tactics to delay your filing a dispute, you will have no opportunity to get your money back.

CAThe product is amazing! The product is amazing. It is far superior then the Bowflex. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the longer delivery time. It was suppose to be 1 to 4 days, but it took two weeks. I am pretty sure it is the delivery company's fault.

CAHorrible customer service I order online there because shipping was free, but 3 days later the status of my order still show « order placed » try to join live chat which show live online but they never answer. Try to email of course no answer, I’m worried about the « warranty »´they offer if they can’t even answer simple email. Thinking of cancelling and buying with a legit store Started a dispute, it’s a long process but t jeep ill be able to buy from a legit store. Been almost 3 weeks and my order still have not been processed.
