CASent two different colors... First I was sent two different color dumbbells, took a week to get the right color replaced, a month later I recieved an email saying its my last warning to return the mistaken dumbbell or i will be charged which i wasnt aware i had to return do to their negligence. It's disappointing I had to go through all this during already a stressful time moving to a new home. Also trying to resolve this issue with customer service, took them a week to reply to each of my email.

CAOrdered these damn weights July 13… Ordered these damn weights July 13 after seeing positive reviews. It's been over a month and there has been no weights, no responses and just now their phone # got cut off. Got scammed. Call you credit card company as they will dispute it for you and at least get your money back.

CAOrdered from Axrep Ordered from Axrep. Shipping claimed 1-4 days delivery. Should have been delivered two days ago. No shipping tracking at all. Shipping was very expensive due to weight, but no customer service to speak of. Got ahold of customer service who was unable to give any update on shipping. At this point I may as well have shredded $1300 and it looks like I will probably have to submit a chargeback.

CACharged but order not shipped- poor communication My experience is similar to other recent posts- placed an order on June 3 as they were showing as in stock. They processed payment on June 4 and updated the status to shipped, however I then received an email saying the item was on back order. After multiple emails and calls I have managed to get 2 updates- the last one 2 weeks ago saying they would ship by the end of last week. Very unresponsive, poor communication, shouldn’t have been charged for an item if they had no stock and no ability to ship. “Live chat” is not live- waited days for an (unhelpful) response. I’ve now asked to cancel the order but no response. My impression their supply issue may be related to the BC port workers strike- I would have been happy wait if they hadn’t processed payment and if they communicated more effectively. Now I just want my money back.
