GBMy order is not lost. They just don’t know where it is! Sorry to say this. My bad review is based entirely on the fact I paid from order on the 20th of March. I even paid extra for the fast delivery (4 to 8 days). 21 days I still don’t know where my order is. As the tracking has stopped working, I have been assured that my order had not been lost. They just don’t know where it is!! I wonder if I will be given a refund for my fast delivery charge?

GBIt took forever to get here It took forever to get here. I had to leave am honest, but bad review just to get them to ship my order. Once it did arrive the box was badly damaged and open and missing 2 of the elastic bands, one of the door stoppers and one of the rubber handles. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

GBGreat product, but… The product works great, but I spent a week going back and forth with their customer service. They changed the way the pull up assist connects to the pull up bar but didn’t update the instructions or the website description. It would also take a full day for each reply email to come through and the customer service rep didn’t seem to know about the problem I just described. Also, I’d prefer if it wasn’t made in China. The product is good enough quality that I would pay more for one that was made in the US.

Product, meh. Just buy some resistance bands. The 'return policy' applies only if the product is not 'on sale', which, of course, all the products conveniently are.
