GBHappy Students happy instructor I am Zumba instructor for more than 10 years, and I feel I need more than that, so I ordered Penaltybox for my students 2 years ago, I also added steps when they just came out, it’s a complete workout with the steps! I normally do 15 minutes core and glute workout on the steps!! My classes are getting bigger and bigger!! All my students love the classes and programs! 🤗👍

PHGreat workout product on the go This review is for the product and my CS experience on two separate occasions. The product is really good quality. I purchased it for specific program and didn’t need the workout videos. I didn’t know that the purchasing the product would include a recurring subscription. CS at that time responded rudely and with much hostility, refusing to refund charges and continuing to charge despite giving a 30-day cancellation notice. On Jan 31, CS reach out to me again and refunded all charges beginning from the date of the cancellation notice. My experience with them was day-and-night better than the last one and was much more pleasant! For those looking for a HIIT product you can take to the park or the gym, I highly recommend this product.

GBFun, fit & furious (in pace, not mood!) What can I say? I'm in love with a great way of getting fitter & stronger. I ordered my penalty box at the end of May (3 month into the UK lockdown). They arrived mid August into the UK. Covid19 affected stocks so I cannot possibly complain. You also get access to loads of training videos to keep motivating you to train! I saw on their Instagram account that they've now released mini boxes at I've ordered some of them this week, to change up my training routines. As an international customer, you receive tracking info once your order is dispatched so you can follow it on its journey to you. A great product, a great way to get fit, fun, fast & furious cardio!

BESo called subscription Same experience. Purchase on June 8, 2020. Now they debited my creditcard. I e-mailed them and got a quick answer. That I agreed with a subscription (really not, ticked off the box. And why credit it now). The lady said I easily could and that subscription with a reply on that email. I did so. Guess what? I can't get any answers anymore. And a second time this month that they took money. Won't recommend them ever

GBTook unauthorized payments I'm a gym owner and the actual product is ok BUT when I bought these for our facility, my payment details were used to pay for a monthly membership subscription which I didn't sign up for or authorize. I only reslized payments were coming out about 5 months later. I couldn't access their website membership area as I had never been sent login details so I had to contact their support team who responded abruptly and without any apology but stopped the payments. That was 9 months ago and then a few weeks back I found another unauthorized charge on my account from Penalty Box training. Support team didn't even respond to my email this time so I had to contact my bank fraud team for a refund and to block these scammers from taking more. Seriously unprofessional company who have little regard for customers. If you have bought any products from them, i suggest you check your bank statements. Safe to say we wont buy from them again.
