Absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service! Paid for 8-day Express shipping, the support answered after a month that it is en route and I should be patient and then after couple of days I have received notification that now it is shipped. Arrived today, 3 months after they took my money!!! And I had to pay extra for customs because it was shipped from China, not the USA. Never recommending to anyone.

We actually even met the owner Kris and he was such pleasure to have engaged with! Meeting him and knowing more about him made us love our purchase’s even more. Scam Scam. Order two penalty boxes, only received one. Contacted company to advise, there weren’t interested. Also charged monthly ‘membership’ fee which far outweighs value of product.
