We actually even met the owner Kris and he was such pleasure to have engaged with! Meeting him and knowing more about him made us love our purchase’s even more. Penalty box seem to have improved their… Penalty box seem to have improved their customer service and following a refund I'm happy again. The physical product is good and a useful exercise tool. I hope new customers don't unknowingly sign up for the monthly subscription - beware.

Took unauthorized payments I'm a gym owner and the actual product is ok BUT when I bought these for our facility, my payment details were used to pay for a monthly membership subscription which I didn't sign up for or authorize. I only reslized payments were coming out about 5 months later. I couldn't access their website membership area as I had never been sent login details so I had to contact their support team who responded abruptly and without any apology but stopped the payments. That was 9 months ago and then a few weeks back I found another unauthorized charge on my account from Penalty Box training. Support team didn't even respond to my email this time so I had to contact my bank fraud team for a refund and to block these scammers from taking more. Seriously unprofessional company who have little regard for customers. If you have bought any products from them, i suggest you check your bank statements. Safe to say we wont buy from them again.

Absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service! Paid for 8-day Express shipping, the support answered after a month that it is en route and I should be patient and then after couple of days I have received notification that now it is shipped. Arrived today, 3 months after they took my money!!! And I had to pay extra for customs because it was shipped from China, not the USA. Never recommending to anyone.
