Exceptional customer service and a great product! We saw this rowing machine when we visited a friend's house and it caught our eyes right away. It stood up against the wall like a piece of art...the rest is history. We cannot find this in Amazon and so approached the brand directly. They won't ship to Isle of Man, and so we paid extra shipment to arrange a carrier to transport over. Our order finally came in but the accessories and the wooden panels were in different colors, and the wooden panel has a crack. Informed the customer service team (Josie), another new set of machine was immediately depatched all the way to Isle of Man! We are very impressed with the outstanding customer service. The machine itself is a joy to use, easy to assemble and not taking up space. Our elder son hates jogging but he could not stop using this machine and so it is has now become our family's favorite!

A decent looking rower BUT... A decent looking rower, much like ‘Waterrower’ but the sensor is not accurate with regards to distance and it does not show total number of strokes. Not good if you are trying to beat the last time you used it. I tried to contact Topiom customer service who weren’t at all helpful and eventually told me they don’t sell spares.

Love this rowing machine! Love this rowing machine! Bought the Walnut model during a discount deal in November. It arrived very swiftly, in a matter of days. Arriving in two seperate deliveries and very well packaged. It took me a while to put together on my own. Approximately 2 afternoons. With help from the booklet of instructions and the You Tube video provided. I had to use a pair of pliers with the Allen keys. As some areas where the bolts went in were very stiff. I am very impressed with the swift response of customer services and continued support provided. The rowing machine is of an excellent quality and I would highly recommend to others. Bit slow on the delivery 2 weeks after purchasing my rower and only one part of the package has arrived. After reading reviews of others it sounds like this is a common problem. I only brought this rower as they said it was a 3-7 day delivery. Marketing ploy. Customer services are quick to respond but they advised me to be patient. I hope I don’t have as much trouble getting my money back as others 😟 28/01-Update, I contacted customer services again and they arranged for another item to be shipped which arrived today. They also gave me a free mat. I haven’t set it up yet but am feeling much happier with the service
