Solid Rower, Great Customer Service I bought a Topiom rower during lockdown, it's a study piece of kit in general, and I've used it hard. I had a minor issue with some plastics failing and customer services bent over backwards to help and support me with spares and priority delivery, they even gave me a discount on an upgraded monitor. This is a brand who are keen to provide great after sales service.

Fantastic quality rower with the sounds of the river. Fantastic quality, easy to assemble and excellent value. As an engineer I was keen to see what the quality of the unit was like. Although several hundred pounds cheaper than competitors equipment, materials and build quality are first class. Quality bearings on all rollers, brass guides on seat, timber finished to a high standard, I have no complaints at all. Nice to hear the swish of water as you power through your strokes and that is all you hear. Easily manoeuverable for stable, upright, space saving storage. Result!

A decent looking rower BUT... A decent looking rower, much like ‘Waterrower’ but the sensor is not accurate with regards to distance and it does not show total number of strokes. Not good if you are trying to beat the last time you used it. I tried to contact Topiom customer service who weren’t at all helpful and eventually told me they don’t sell spares.

Needs prompting to do job. Created order 8/2 through Amazon. Rails arrived as promised via Amazon Prime option. This is the reason I chose this product. 3 Days later I had to contact seller to find out when the remaining packages would arrive, not wanting them to be stolen. It took a week for the seller to get tracking numbers for me. This seller knows the package comes in parts and should've been well prepared to ship them out in a timely manner. I'm expected to get all parts in 3 weeks. I requested to be compensated and the seller suggested they can speed up a package already shipped. Very insulting, considering it suggest they had the option to ship it faster or could contact the shippers and say "could you hurry it up" Going to update this if possible. Does not come with batteries and 2 different sets of rechargeable batteries do not fit. Battery cover will not fit back on computer. $500 + and can't include 4 AA batteries. The QR code goes to a non English website that appears to be out of order.

Excellent water rower. Ordered Tuesday, arrived Thursday by two deliveries. Not sure why they use two different delivery companies but hey ho. Came within a few hours of each other. Went together really nicely and is a lovely thing to behold. Important as we keep ours in the kitchen. Much quieter in use than we expected, we had air rowers before and they are noisy. Only been a few days but really impressed. Needed to get in touch with customer service. Maxxie has been excellent. 5 stars all round so far!
