A decent looking rower BUT... A decent looking rower, much like ‘Waterrower’ but the sensor is not accurate with regards to distance and it does not show total number of strokes. Not good if you are trying to beat the last time you used it. I tried to contact Topiom customer service who weren’t at all helpful and eventually told me they don’t sell spares.

An easy way to workout Rower was delivered quickly and easy to assemble. I chose the 2 week trial before payment. I had a problem with the sensor not reading correctly, customer service was quick to respond and sent me out a replacement monitor. Its a smooth action nice and quiet. Overall I am happy with the rower and would recommend.

Beautiful solid product Beautiful solid product, and fantastic customer service. I had a couple of issues with the footrest and the seat, but the guys at Topiom have been super fast and super nice in solving them both. I have been using the rower for 9 months now, starting with 5 minutes three times a day, moving quickly to the 10-15 minutes and now I am using it for 30-45 minutes a time, four times a week. And I lost a stone (6Kg).

Rower's base is cracking and in seeking… Rower's base is cracking and in seeking a replacement I was told they no longer ship to the UK. When I explained that the footplate was coming loose as the screws no longer gripped I was advised to glue it down. Moreover, on revisiting their site I checked out their customer reviews for their latest rower and they appear to have been copied and pasted using about six templates, posted each day! Take a look!

Love this rowing machine! Love this rowing machine! Bought the Walnut model during a discount deal in November. It arrived very swiftly, in a matter of days. Arriving in two seperate deliveries and very well packaged. It took me a while to put together on my own. Approximately 2 afternoons. With help from the booklet of instructions and the You Tube video provided. I had to use a pair of pliers with the Allen keys. As some areas where the bolts went in were very stiff. I am very impressed with the swift response of customer services and continued support provided. The rowing machine is of an excellent quality and I would highly recommend to others.
