Virtual training with highly qualified trainers, a great workout! I've been training with TLM for 7 years and when COVID hit I was grateful for the virtual training. I love training with Erin. She customizes my workouts based on my level, is attentive, corrects form and motivates me during my session. It's kept me balanced and energetic despite the sedentary nature of being quarantined for nearly a year. The quality of training is top tier and I love how much time savings there is doing it from home. I highly recommend it to anyone prenatal or even many years postnatal!
