GBStill waiting? Ordered over a week ago. Still hasn’t shipped? Might want to revisit how they are getting or not getting their product in customer hands in a timely manner. Response to Chillpod. According to USPS shipping label has been created on 3/27. USPS has not received the item. It is April 4th. You sent a review product email before item is on the customer’s hands. Order being processed vs. shipped are 2 different things. Minimally if the item has been shipped, better communication would be nice.

GB***DO NOT BUY!!!*** Product leaked the… ***DO NOT BUY!!!*** Product leaked the first time I filled it. Reached out to customer service, responses have been super slow, I explained the entire issue in my emails, only to have the rep ask me what my issue was. I have logged a formal complaint through the Better Business Bureau and notified this company I have done so, WITH PROOF of complaint, and still no response. Don’t waste your time or money. This is a scam company for sure. I am so mad I didn’t do my due diligence before purchasing.

GBWhat a horrible company to do business… What a horrible company to do business with. No customer service number only email. No returned emails with issues and complete order wasn't sent. Still waiting on the lid. I will be requesting a full refund from this company. Go a different route for this type of product.

FRGreat product ! Shipping a bit long At first I was scared because my delivery took longer than expected but the customer service answered all my concerns 😁, maybe you guys can improve the delivery speed but everything else is perfect ! The ice tub is very convenient and well made.

GBTerrible - the worst This company is awful. Do not buy from them. Shipping took so long, and I had paid for expedited shipping. It arrived, my husband barely opened the packaging before concluding it was cheap. We didn’t even bother opening the chiller. It took them nearly two months to send me the address to return, “free returns” means you’ll pay shipping and they reimburse you. Their website says 90 days free returns on the product page, but then when you navigate to the return policy page it says 60 days. They didn’t even get me labels within the 60 day window. I’m still waiting to see if they refund me. If not, I have saved all emails and will pursue litigation. I’m so angry with their terrible customer service.
