According to USPS shipping label has been created on 3/27. USPS has not received the item. It is April 4th. You sent a review product email before item is on the customer’s hands. Order being processed vs. shipped are 2 different things. Minimally if the item has been shipped, better communication would be nice.

Still waiting on the lid. I will be requesting a full refund from this company. Go a different route for this type of product.

I have used it everyday I have used it everyday, being a multi sport fanatic, it has helped me cool down and recover. Had it nearly two weeks, and it’s great. even 6”4 92kg, I can fit in and still have space to move.

Reached out to customer service, responses have been super slow, I explained the entire issue in my emails, only to have the rep ask me what my issue was. I have logged a formal complaint through the Better Business Bureau and notified this company I have done so, WITH PROOF of complaint, and still no response. Don’t waste your time or money. This is a scam company for sure. I am so mad I didn’t do my due diligence before purchasing.
