Ordered $700 worth of items from them… Ordered $700 worth of items from them in Mid October. Money came out of my bank account immediately but It's the middle of December now And nothing has shipped yet. I have called 3 times and spoke w/ Lexi and was told the same thing "their warehouse is behind on orders" Any savings I might have gotten with them has been erased by their stupid membership fee. As soon as I post this I am calling and canceling the order and I'm gonna tell them they should reimburse the membership fees taken out as well.

It has been almost 4 months and I have… It has been almost 4 months and I have not received my items. Customer service is nice but they just say the same thing every time I call…. the warehouse is backed up on orders. I can understand being backed up, but this is excessive and not worth it.

I was just about to order a nightdress… I was just about to order a nightdress and gown from this company Big Daddy but decided to read the reviews first THANK YOU TRUST PILOT you have just saved me a lot of bother. I would advise other customers who have been scammed to get in touch with your bank to see if they can get your money back for you.

Shipping Time Lie This company tells you that the items are in stock and ready to ship but then you get an email telling you that there are shipping delays, after further research, their warehouse (they only have one) has been non functioning for the past 7 months. you WILL NOT get your order within 1 week, 1 month, you'l have to wait at least 3-6 months to receive anything ordered from big daddy unlimited. Beware buyer

I have been a repeat customer for many… I have been a repeat customer for many years. Very disappointed that I am still waiting for my order from October and it's December. I have called multiple times and get a canned response, same every time. The items are in stock and they are only waiting for the warehouse workers to ship it! Multiple unanswered emails. Buyer beware!
