I placed my order almost a month ago, they withdrew the full payment of course asap but to date no product even though they said it was shipped via usps and when you use their contact us email it goes nowhere except to noreply. Total scammers. Don't believe anything they say. The tracking link they provided also stated unable to find the tracking number or order number as well when you enter the full number given starting with PAW. They are lying straight out. They will be reported to proper authorities. NOTIFY everyone you know not to order from this company!!!

GBCompany is a scam I wish I had checked here first because as it turns out this company is a scam. I ordered one of their dog beds and my credit card was immediately charged but I never received a tracking number as promised nor have I received the bed even though it's been over a month. I lost $20.00 but hopefully I can prevent someone else from being ripped off.

GBMy bad experience with this company My experience with this company has been exactly the same as others posted here. I placed two orders for a gray giant anti anxiety bed on April 24, 2022, and received two “thank you for your order” emails for order No. PAW-R38BAHXFA1P3 and PAW-8G0QW5XSXGEI. The next day I emailed them at support to cancel one of the beds (GEI). Today is May 12th and I haven’t received confirmation of my cancellation, nor notice of shipping. From experience, lack of communication on the seller’s part means no merchandise and refund.

GBPaw Academy is a SCAM Paw Academy is a scam. I was fortunate enough to have used PayPal, so I was able to get an immediate refund. Contact info per PayPal is: leslie.august at fremontpeakcapital.com Received a "shipping" notice a week ago, but per USPS site, it still only shows a label was printed, no other action or updates. Do not order from them.

GBOur experience was the same as everyone… Our experience was the same as everyone else's: no beds received, no contact phone number anywhere. We didn't even get a tracking number. They just took our money and stop communicating. It's been a month since we ordered the beds, and we've sent (7) emails. All of them have gone unanswered. We just filed a dispute with our credit card company.
