Not a trustworthy company. Not a trustworthy company. Ordered this awesome-looking bed for my little girl, and I never got trackin info, nor did I receive the bed. Luckily PayPal got my money back from these scammers. I would rather have had the bed, as it looks wonderful, but at least I didn't lose anything. Buyer beware!

I placed my order on April 26th for 3… I placed my order on April 26th for 3 anxiety dog beds, received confirmation for my order and the...crickets - I was ghosted. My order number leads to nothing, I have made numerous attempts to contact someone with nothing progressing. I have had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Next will be a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I order a bed, got a confirmation say about 14 business days. 28 days later, 5 email (only 1 responded to with bot response that package is "shipping soon") no other contact was had. I ultimately went to my bank 45 days later and co tested the charge to get my money back. Fraudulent company!

I was excited to order two large… I was excited to order two large Anti-Anxiety Super Calming Dog Beds, but now I cannot seem to get any update if they've been shipped, on back order, shipping delays???? There is no toll-free number, and the only way to contact this company is via a "support" email that no one seems to be monitoring. I've been billed on AMEX already, and will wait to see if items comes before I dispute for non delivery. Basically, I'm hoping for an update and delivery date. I have ordered a calming bed two weeks… I have ordered a calming bed two weeks ago and no tracking number given, even though email mentioned that it had shipped. I have requested for a tracking number a week ago and still no reply. I have decided to send another email to cancel the order and request for a refund. Never order from Paw Academy, it is a scam. I am going to reverse and dispute the charge from my credit card, if they do not reply within the next two days.
