I have ordered a calming bed two weeks… I have ordered a calming bed two weeks ago and no tracking number given, even though email mentioned that it had shipped. I have requested for a tracking number a week ago and still no reply. I have decided to send another email to cancel the order and request for a refund. Never order from Paw Academy, it is a scam. I am going to reverse and dispute the charge from my credit card, if they do not reply within the next two days.

I was excited to order two large… I was excited to order two large Anti-Anxiety Super Calming Dog Beds, but now I cannot seem to get any update if they've been shipped, on back order, shipping delays???? There is no toll-free number, and the only way to contact this company is via a "support" email that no one seems to be monitoring. I've been billed on AMEX already, and will wait to see if items comes before I dispute for non delivery. Basically, I'm hoping for an update and delivery date. never received the bed I ordered of… never received the bed I ordered or refund. No phone to contact company; at one time I received email request to PROVE I HAD PLACED THE ORDER (?in April?)! Sent copy, NO RESPONSE. initial order was Feb 2022. See ads now for similar pet bed from "gardengeer"----are the crooks still at it?????

Order was a little late but was given… Order was a little late but was given regular updates. The bed was absolutely amazing, fantastic quality. My cavachon has never gone near a dog bed in the 4 1/2 years I have had her but she immediately got in to this one and its been a struggle to get her out. I would definitely recommend this bed to anyone.

If I could give a negative stars review… If I could give a negative stars review believe me I would. Ordered a dog bed May 20th, they took the money out of my account immediately. Received an email confirming the order and stated to allow 10-15 business days for delivery. I have gotten nothing since. I have sent multiple emails attempting to get information about my order and have gotten absolutely nothing back. DO NOT ORDER from them!!! Absolute SCAM!!!!!
