ITDidn't receive any item nor answer at all Order placed on 2nd december ( pair of footjoy shoes. IN STOCK ) . Payment done . 123 € Now , 13 january , didn't get any e-mail answered nor any parcel delivered . Don't know what's going on, order status says PROCESSING , but it doesn't seem to work . I tried to call at least a dozen time , didn't manage to contact them. Still Waiting for the parcel to arrive.

IEDisrespecful treatment of old age pensioner I am an old age pensioner and on the 04/12/14 I purchased a product from Golf Store Europe for a xmas present.On delivery a vital part for operation was not included. I sent 5 emails regarding missing part plus 6 photographs of product delivered. Golf Store Europe completely .ignored my last 3 emails by never replying. I am not going to abandon my persuit of missing part. This is very rude and disrespecful.conduct. This company should not be in busines ( Product no 140947 ) 14/01/15

NLWorst online store ever Tried to cancel an order by mail and phone. They never picked up the phone (more then 100 attempts in a week) and never replied my 10 e-mails. Booked my creditcard right away of course. Still waiting for my money in return. Ignore this company, do not order. It is a disgrace they call themself an internet company.

PTbuy 10 golf pride grips, pay but don't get the products hello everyone, i place an Order at 19 February 2015, since that day i sent several emails to costumer service and even try to phone call to their company and none of those services are working... i think i posted 50€ in this situation because they don't even bother to inform costumers that their company is closed(assuming the other post I've read before here), so how can this is possible if a company is closed how can they still get their site working and receiving payments... this is not legal. and im here so i can ask for my refund and end this process. thanks for someone who can help me out with this.

GBVery poor Awful customer service. Ordered in stock golf umbrella on New Years eve. Eventually arrived on 12th January. I realise that there was a bank holiday but nothing on their website said that I would have to wait that long. I emailed twice to cancel order and received no reply. I called at least 20 times and no one answered the phone. They will not be getting any more of my money.
