GBVery poor. Will not be making another purchase Appalling customer service. Only one response to many emails chasing my garment and phone calls just go to voicemail, which are never answered or responded to. Finally, garment was allegedly in stock and therefore should have been despatched within 24 hours, guaranteed. Garment finally arrived nearly three weeks later. This service is not sustainable.

GBPoor service I too am really struggling with this company to get a refund after several promises to do so. Poor service seems to be a real problem here...take the money and then forget about it. I would avoid this company if quality of service is important to you.

GBVery poor Awful customer service. Ordered in stock golf umbrella on New Years eve. Eventually arrived on 12th January. I realise that there was a bank holiday but nothing on their website said that I would have to wait that long. I emailed twice to cancel order and received no reply. I called at least 20 times and no one answered the phone. They will not be getting any more of my money.

FRFraud report still in progess I ordered a fairway wood on GSE website the 2014/11/03. Due to their unacceptable delay, i have cancelled this order at 2014/12/11 and have asked them to be refunded. 2015/01/08, GSE finally answered the refund will be processed after i transmitted all my credit card digit, what i have done. Since their last email, today the 2015/01/30, i'm still not paid back. i have two fraud procedures in progress. it's better to stay away of this business i f you want to save time and money.

SEAbsolutely unacceptable customer service My clubs were stolen during transportation, and it has been impossible to get any reply from the customer service. I have no idea if they have started to produce new custom fitted clubs or not. It is simply impossible to reach them. Money has been withdrawn from my credit card, and I have no idea if/when I will get my clubs. I have bought things from them before, and then everything was ok, but this is unacceptable
