Didn't receive any item nor answer at all Order placed on 2nd december ( pair of footjoy shoes. IN STOCK ) . Payment done . 123 € Now , 13 january , didn't get any e-mail answered nor any parcel delivered . Don't know what's going on, order status says PROCESSING , but it doesn't seem to work . I tried to call at least a dozen time , didn't manage to contact them. Still Waiting for the parcel to arrive.

No customer service - unacceptable !!! I ordered a jacket on 22th of december 2014, more than one month later nothing received. No way to contact them by phone, so I sent them 2 emails (second 3 weeks after the 1rst one). Each time with the same copy/paste answer that it's linked to stock issue and I'll received it in 5-7 working days ... but nothing arrived !!! During this time, the website is always showing a product "in stock", what to deduct ? Still waiting a positive sign ...

Fraud report still in progess I ordered a fairway wood on GSE website the 2014/11/03. Due to their unacceptable delay, i have cancelled this order at 2014/12/11 and have asked them to be refunded. 2015/01/08, GSE finally answered the refund will be processed after i transmitted all my credit card digit, what i have done. Since their last email, today the 2015/01/30, i'm still not paid back. i have two fraud procedures in progress. it's better to stay away of this business i f you want to save time and money.

Warning !!!! Fraudulent site !!!! Une bande d'escroc !!! Me: "Hello, A part of my order has still not send, could you tell me when will you do it." They told me that it will arrive in one month and two months later I asked for a refund for this part of my order still had not arrived. They said "OK", in two weeks and then another week and then again 48 hours but I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY and it's been 4 months since I have nothing and no answers. This is a BAD and THIEVES site, IT HAVE STOLEN me $ 300 = 280 euros

Poor service I too am really struggling with this company to get a refund after several promises to do so. Poor service seems to be a real problem here...take the money and then forget about it. I would avoid this company if quality of service is important to you.
