GBIncorrect product sent... Ordered red and blue TIR3 visor light bar, plus white takedowns. Paid extra for next day air. Received blue only with no white takedowns. More than a little irritated. And based on the recent reviews I've seen I don't think I'll be contacted by support so I might have my bank flag this transaction for fraud if I don't get a prompt response from the company. The only good thing about this entire experience was the shipping, fast and easy.

GBNot as claimed, no returns Purchased the Intersection Front License Plate Bracket Gen 4 Fusion 6 Bundle (B-76), received a 3/5ths complete "universal bracket" which, per LedEquipped, "may require some modification for some sizes of our lights". (Voiding any returns) After i finished drilling and assembling this bracket, i went to the hardware store to buy the screws to attach the bracket to my vehicle dispite their website claiming to include mounting hardware. I was able to get the bracket mounted, come to find out, it is a couple inches smaller than my license plate. The "visable from any direction" they promise on their website is really a 50 degree window from either side, making this product about worthless. Reached out to the company. "Once an item is used we do not allow exchange/returns". I have had it for 3 days, delivered evening of the first, and one of which was waiting for them to reply to my to my request for return.

CALED Equipped - Don't waste your time LED Equipped - Don’t waste your time! My experience was overrun with frustration. I’ll try and summarize quickly. Living in Canada, I placed an order with LED Equipped and had it delivered to a Buffalo address. Just interested in saving the crazy delivery charge. Anyhow, I ordered a light bar (that was on sale), two Permanent Stud Mount brackets, two flush mount grille lights and two L-brackets. Drove an hour to pick it up. Once opened, all was there except for the stud mount brackets. Instead, I was sent 12 small flimsy angle brackets with wood screws. Not sure how I was going to mount a 40 inch light bar with these. Called the company, but no one would answer. Only an answering service would take a message. They suggested emailing the company instead. Eventually, the return email said they would send new Stud Mount brackets, but only to the US. They could not send to Canada because it would cost them $50. So, they sent them again to a Buffalo address. I attended back over the border to find that they sent me the exact same stupid flimsy angle brackets. They looked nothing like the stud mount brackets on their website. Frustrated even further, I continued to try and speak with someone at the company. Each time I called, I would only get the answering service. They continued to submit a phone request, that continued to go unanswered. Eight times I tried to speak to anyone at LED Equipped. While waiting for a response, I connected the light bar to a 12 volt battery. Upon turning it on, I found that half the bar was amber, and the other half was clear. This is not what I ordered. I only wanted amber lights all around. I couldn’t believe it. How many mistakes could one shipment have ? And yet, a zero response from the company. They just don’t care about customer service. In the end, LED Equipped came up with the only possible resolution. Send us back the lights. They didn’t offer an explanation, they didn’t offer to send a new light bar to replace what wasn’t correct. They didn’t offer to fix the problem at all. They only sent a return shipping label and said they would refund the money. AND, I couldn’t ship it to them from Canada, I had to once again, ship it back to them from the US! Doing this didn’t help that fact that I needed a light bar for my work. I never did have any opportunity to speak with anyone from the company. Not the sales person, a technician, the CEO or even the nightshift cleaner…. You cannot speak to the company. Only the answering service people, who, in the end were as frustrated as I was. As a conclusion, I did get a refund, but not before having four weeks of frustration, increased blood pressure and more grey hair. Find your products elsewhere…. You’ll be thankful.

GBcrap crap. bought the 60" running board strobes and not even 9 months later the modules are going out and malfunctioning. led equipped said they'll ship me replacements but whats the point. these clearly aren't weather proof and the process of taking them off and reinstalling in pain staking. probably gonna repair and resell.
