CALED Equipped - Don't waste your time LED Equipped - Don’t waste your time! My experience was overrun with frustration. I’ll try and summarize quickly. Living in Canada, I placed an order with LED Equipped and had it delivered to a Buffalo address. Just interested in saving the crazy delivery charge. Anyhow, I ordered a light bar (that was on sale), two Permanent Stud Mount brackets, two flush mount grille lights and two L-brackets. Drove an hour to pick it up. Once opened, all was there except for the stud mount brackets. Instead, I was sent 12 small flimsy angle brackets with wood screws. Not sure how I was going to mount a 40 inch light bar with these. Called the company, but no one would answer. Only an answering service would take a message. They suggested emailing the company instead. Eventually, the return email said they would send new Stud Mount brackets, but only to the US. They could not send to Canada because it would cost them $50. So, they sent them again to a Buffalo address. I attended back over the border to find that they sent me the exact same stupid flimsy angle brackets. They looked nothing like the stud mount brackets on their website. Frustrated even further, I continued to try and speak with someone at the company. Each time I called, I would only get the answering service. They continued to submit a phone request, that continued to go unanswered. Eight times I tried to speak to anyone at LED Equipped. While waiting for a response, I connected the light bar to a 12 volt battery. Upon turning it on, I found that half the bar was amber, and the other half was clear. This is not what I ordered. I only wanted amber lights all around. I couldn’t believe it. How many mistakes could one shipment have ? And yet, a zero response from the company. They just don’t care about customer service. In the end, LED Equipped came up with the only possible resolution. Send us back the lights. They didn’t offer an explanation, they didn’t offer to send a new light bar to replace what wasn’t correct. They didn’t offer to fix the problem at all. They only sent a return shipping label and said they would refund the money. AND, I couldn’t ship it to them from Canada, I had to once again, ship it back to them from the US! Doing this didn’t help that fact that I needed a light bar for my work. I never did have any opportunity to speak with anyone from the company. Not the sales person, a technician, the CEO or even the nightshift cleaner…. You cannot speak to the company. Only the answering service people, who, in the end were as frustrated as I was. As a conclusion, I did get a refund, but not before having four weeks of frustration, increased blood pressure and more grey hair. Find your products elsewhere…. You’ll be thankful.

GBGood Product, bad service I got a good product for a good price, no problems there. The issues formed when I wanted to get some sort of documentation describing the operation of my product. It came with no user manual or datasheet, so I asked their support team for help. They did not provide me with documentation, but tried to diagnose my problem via email. When I asked about how to attach a momentary switch, the response was "yes". I asked for clarification, and they never responded. I ended up solving the problem through experimentation. So don't buy anything unless you don't need help figuring it out.

GBHIJACKED I GOT SOLD 2 CRAPPY RUNNING BOARD LIGHTS AND SENT THEM FOR REPAIR. tHERY RECEIVED THEM ON 7/21, AND WE'RE STILL WAITING ON THEM. SUPPOSEDLY THEY FIXED THEM AND SENT THEM TO THE WRONG ADDRESS TWICE. SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT. WE KEEP ASKING FOR THE TRACKING NUMBER, BUT THEY WON'T RESPOND. OUR NEXT STEP IS TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION BECAUSE AT THIS POINT IT SEEMS AS THOUGH OUR LIGHTBARS HAVE BEEN HIJACKED!

GBBad company This company has the worst customer experience ever. It takes days for them to respond. I asked for a list of the products 3 weeks ago, calling every week and following up to the email chain. 3 weeks later they said "that is online shop which we do not allow" I literally said we will not sell their products online, they refuse to read emails. They've asked the same questions I've already answered multiple times. Edit: company responded almost Immediately to this review saying "was this really necessary"... 3 weeks and they still haven't helped me. Edit 2: This company is so toxic that they punished my client for their incompetence. They removed him as a dealer because I left a review complaining about them not responding to my simple request. No one should do business with this company.
