Great customer service The product that I was interested in was not in available for when I needed it. Rob was able to put me into a better product (Garmin Edge 500) that ultimately is a product that better fit my needs. The package was shipped coast to coast in two days. Great Customer Service! My order came in 2 days! I called in with some questions and found they have a super fast super helpful staff. They were a pleasure to work with on the phone and the on line service was great... These guys had a just released Bontrager Interchange ANT+ Speed Sensors in stock... and everything else I needed. They suck They suck. I ordered parts from them. They are the wrong parts. I need to return them but have left numerous voicemails and sent numerous emails with no response. Avoid them at all cost.

Haven't received order It has almost been two months since I have placed my order and I have yet to receive my Bontrager Satellite Fenders that I ordered. I called two weeks ago twice, one leaving a voice mail to the online service rep explaining the problem and another talking to one of the local stores and they said that they would try to work and out and I have yet to heard back from either of them.

Good Price, Fast Delivery! My experience with Summit Bicycles was excellent. The price was equal to or less than other places I checked out, the checkout experience was fine, and I received the product in less than a week.
