GBShipping problem but resolved with great comm. and customer service. I ordered a set of tires via Summit, as Trek (and every where in my neighborhood) was out of stock of the particular make/model/size I needed. The free shipping sealed the deal and price was less than I would have paid at my local shop. Unfortunately, I never received the original shipment, but through timely, friendly, and professional communication (with Robert), a more than favorable resolution was reached. I received a new shipment in a timely manner and would more more than happy to order from them again.

GBGreat Customer Service! My order came in 2 days! I called in with some questions and found they have a super fast super helpful staff. They were a pleasure to work with on the phone and the on line service was great... These guys had a just released Bontrager Interchange ANT+ Speed Sensors in stock... and everything else I needed. A great experience I will absolutely use these guys again! And the free shipping was just great! I highly recommend Summit Bicycles!! Thanks!!

GBI have ordered several items and received them on time and in perfect condition. I would recommend to a friend I have ordered several items and received them much sooner than expected. The price is right and a lot less than what you would pay at a local store. Further, there is a lot more variety of choices than at your local bike shop. I returned a helmet because it didnt fit me well and got a replacement without any questions. I will definitely continue buying from this store.

GBTERRIBLE customer service! Terrible customer service!! Ordered a $1099 bike from them on September 3rd, 2020.The charged my credit card but STILL haven't delivered my bike. THIS IS DECEMBER. They have given me no update on when the bike would be shipped as of December 15th. I've emailed several times, checked their website (as directed when you call their customer service line), and called, leaving voicemails with absolutely NO response. All I want at this point is my order cancelled and my card refunded. This is totally a scam website. Legit, there is no reason for this. COVID is no excuse. Very unhappy and feel totally scammed.
