Stylish products but sorely lacking in experience. Nireeka have created a stylish but somewhat flawed ebike. After their CEO, Max went back on a couple of promises he DIRECTLY MADE TO ME over several one on one communications, I lost confidence in the project. However, they appear to honestly be trying their best to fulfil their customers' complaints and have gone above and beyond to remedy the situation which has gone some way to restoring my faith. My own bike is a wonder to look at but does feel more like a prototype than a fully formed product. Final verdict: Nireeka are honest folk with a wickedly good designer at the helm, but sorely lacking in experience and knowhow. Never put down to malice that which can be attributed to incompetence.

Bought a Nireeka backpack for my husband This is a birthday present for my husband. He always checks their shop's website every now and then especially their Nireeka's backpack which is the most lacking essentials for him for his biking needs. I know he will be more comfortable riding while wearing this backpack with him! This is a great purchase and he will love this!

After 2 years waiting to receive the… After 2 years waiting to receive the order of 2 bikes now and after a short period of use I am having problem w/ my bike. Unfortunately the battery is disconnecting and even w/ 60% of power. Already disconnected the both cables, one from rotor and the other from display and the problem persisted, what should a do or review ? BR Paulo

I recieved my Mega the other day I recieved my Mega the other day. Came in perfect shape. Arrived much sooner than expected. Noreeka kept me updated through the build process each week. Great value for what you get compared to other brands out there. Raining so haven't given it a good road test. But seems to work just fine. Had an issue but Noreeka got back to me right away and resolved my issue with in an hour after posting on my account. Ordered July 28 and received November 4. Was pretty concerned about sending 5k to a company and hoping to see something some day. But no worries dealing with Noreeka.

Nireeka is improving! I posted a 1 star review and I’m updating it to reflect my most recent and vastly improved experience. It does take a very long time to get replacement parts and of course the bike itself, but Nireeka has delivered on their promises to me, because I finally received my replacement part, and now my bike (Prime) is perfect, with new and improved parts. Thank you nireeka for addressing the issue. I know you can’t control shipping delays due to covid and other issues with China and US customs. Thank you for being patient with me and dealing with my complaints. There is still some room for improvement with Nireeka, but I’m giving credit where credit is due. They’ve taken care of me.
