Highly recommended With so many shops inflating prices during lockdown it was refreshing to buy from a company that kept the price fair and was so efficient with delivery. I would recommend this company to everyone wanting clear easy advice. I've already told a friend about them & now she's looking at a bike from them.

Nireeka is improving! I posted a 1 star review and I’m updating it to reflect my most recent and vastly improved experience. It does take a very long time to get replacement parts and of course the bike itself, but Nireeka has delivered on their promises to me, because I finally received my replacement part, and now my bike (Prime) is perfect, with new and improved parts. Thank you nireeka for addressing the issue. I know you can’t control shipping delays due to covid and other issues with China and US customs. Thank you for being patient with me and dealing with my complaints. There is still some room for improvement with Nireeka, but I’m giving credit where credit is due. They’ve taken care of me.

Run away fast Run away fast, orders a bike May 2023, got it in Oct 2023 when I was told I would have it in June then July. Came and all seemed well but they put a torque sensor in it which I didn’t ordered, wanted the cadence sensor due to bad knees. It’s not end of Feb 2024 and parts they claimed they were sending still have not arrived total scam run far away from this company.

Mega is a perfect bike. Mega is a perfect bike for the forest, snow, sand or asphalt. So much so that I had to buy a second one for my wife. All my friends are very impressed with how well it drives. The entire bike weighs less than 30 kg with the battery, easy to transport on a rack with a hook. Great communication with the team, immediate response to all questions, the entire process from order to receipt took several months. It's worth the wait. I recommend to everyone.

Ordered a bike prime 4 in september… got it Ordered a bike prime 4 in september arrived in january in good shape all parts included. works fine. these people have the WORST contacting and I wonder if anybody is really there or is this a fake front for a china bicycle place. I didn't know if i would ever get anything was pretty happy I did. If they are going to act like this spending 3300 isn't going to happen again.
