Horrible I was charged multiple times… Horrible I was charged multiple times for multiple units when I only ordered 2 & they were suppose to be in clothed & heavy duty yet they are cheaply made not sturdy at all

Return request ignored. Ordered a golf bag. Wasn't quite what we expected and requested a return label and credit. Crickets!!! I called, left messages and used the Amazon return process. Based on other reviews I would say that this is typical. I wish I had checked the reviews first.

I could not be more pleased with my… I could not be more pleased with my Shop 247 experience. I ordered a 20’X40’ event tent and it arrived quickly, as described and in good order. The most impressive part of the experience was when I realize two pole feet were missing. I contacted customer service. They were polite and quick to respond. I received the missing parts in less than a week. I look forward to additional Shop 247 experiences in the future!

Disappointed I bought an inflatable turkey and it doesn't inflate right. I wrote to the company it took time to get back, then they wanted the invoice information, then they asked for a picture. Asking for the invoice ok but then a picture. I just am tired of the back and forth so I told them to forget it.

Visually not appealing No directions came with order. Also the break system wiring was discounted on both the handle to the tire. I understood it’s a open box but it wasn’t visually appeal for resale in my opinion. I wish I knew it wasn’t refundable/exchangeable otherwise I would have gotten the boxed option.
