This experience is the best I have… This experience is the best I have experienced in a long time! The order was delivered to my neighbors house which caused confusion but support verified with me before shipping. I was notified when it shipped and it included tracking. The even better part was how well it was packaged. I bought a gun safe. It was covered on each corner with a metal corner protector, extra heavy cardboard, wrapped around it and then the strapping tape held it tighter inside the outside shipping box arrived without a scratch!

That is “POOR” customer service. I should have received instructions to return the incorrect item and when I could expect the right items. I am disappointed in the NO RESPONSE I am getting.
