The most impressive part of the experience was when I realize two pole feet were missing. I contacted customer service. They were polite and quick to respond. I received the missing parts in less than a week. I look forward to additional Shop 247 experiences in the future!

I ordered two open box folding bikes at shop 247.com. From ordering to receiving them, everything went well, except the torn bike seat. But the costumer service responded right away. I am very satisfied with shop247.com.

There were various issues with this… There were various issues with this company that had to be resolved regards to multiple e-bike purchases. I had dealt with at least 4 different customer service representatives including their manager. There is only one person who followed up and got things done! Christopher was the most professional and honest person I can say from memory of my 64 years that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He should be elevated within the ranks of this company.
