Slow to respond. Very basic website. Used this site because it said it offered 24-48 hour delivery but then got messaged a couple weeks later saying that the item I ordered is back-ordered until next month. I wouldn’t have ordered on this site had I known it was going to take that long. Maybe should try making it known that it’s back-ordered in the first place instead of me waiting for the bad news.

Excellent all around Called to verify stock of a couple of racks and, not only did I get to talk to a real live human being but I didn't have to wait on hold and the info they gave me was 100% accurate including when the racks were going to ship out. Love my Inno Kayak Assist Bar I received my Inno Kayak Lifter Load Assist Bar on time and am happy to recommend BackcountryRacks to my kayaking friends. It was easy to use UPS package tracking to know when it would arrive. The Assist Bar makes loading my kayak much easier, especially after a long day of playing on the river.
