Well, you could do a little bit better Well, you got my address wrong so the first attempt by UPS was unsuccessful and the next two attempts by UPS to the correct address were unsuccessful. I ended up having to pick up the package at the UPS facility. I don’t know...I was rather annoyed by all this but I have the package.

If all companies were this good, America would be in much better shape. :) I just wish every company was as easy to work with, and stood by their products, like Genuine Innovations. I’ve been using their inflation system for as long as they’ve been in business, and they ALWAYS stand by their product. Kudos!

Got a new mountain bike and needed an… Got a new mountain bike and needed an inflator to go with it. Ordered the updated version of the inflator i have been using on my road bike for over 15 years and it met all my expectations. It may be a few extra ounces but the straight forward trigger mechanism works every time. Had the occasion to help a fellow cyclist repair a flat recently... their inflator was going through CO2 rather quickly but my GI inflator got the job done straight away... very reliable.

I don't generally give 5 star ratings… I don't generally give 5 star ratings because something could always be better but honestly, I don't think anything could have been here. I reached out with a problem - I couldn't get the head of my inflater to unscrew. Karyn answered immediately and sent me a new inflater (and pointed out that they are warrantied for life). 2 great reasons to keep buying them!
