GBNeeded replacements for my old non… Needed replacements for my old non treaded CO holder. I wanted to keep my holder since it slips inside and your hand remain safe due to the cold temperatures the cartridges can create. Seems that local bike shops don't carry non treaded styles anymore.

GBMy CO2 inflator began leaking after 15… My CO2 inflator began leaking after 15 years! I sent an email for my lifetime warranty and received an new one with CO2 cartridges and absolutely no hassles. I now have three Genuine Innovations inflators and will continue to only buy their products. Great company and products.

GBI had some problems with an ultraflate… I had some problems with an Ultraflate I bought and I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever had with a product. I explained my issues and Genuine Innovations had no questions and REPLACED MY PRODUCT FREE OF CHARGE. GI has found a customer for life because of their awesome service AND them standing behind their products. Finding a company that does both nowadays is a rarity. When I do find that, I will go out of my way to continue to buy from that company. Keep Up the great work GI! Thank you so much!

GBHad to get one... I purchased the Genuine Innovations Microflate Nano because I know someone who uses one. Now I have one, and it is excellent. It lightened my load, and doesn't take up much space. I carry a 20 gram and a 16 gram cylinder. use it for mountain and road cycling-oh, cyclocross too. I recommend this product.
